Thornbridge- Florida Weisse

A lovely dark rose pink with a slight haze bitter and tart on the nose. A red fruity bitterness in the mouth with a foamy sherbet feel. 4.5%. Widely available in Tesco Supermarkets. I think too many would leave you with furry feeling teeth, but nice for a hot day. Totally Subjective Rating: 3.5 /5

Omnipollo x Buxton – Raspberry Meringue Ice Cream Pie

Pinky purple with a slight haze. Red fruits and sherbet on the nose. Bitter raspberry in the mouth, really foamy fizzy feel like you’ve been eating sweets l. Milky and yet bitter finish. 6% very refreshing but couldn’t drink it all night. Totally Subjective Rating: 4.5/5

Rose gold with a tiny row of bubbles around the meniscus. Fresh red fruit on the nose. Dark rose gold and opaque. Citrus hop freshness on the nose with a red fruit finish. Juicy mouth feel with tropical and citrus and a soft red fruit finish leading to a sweetness. Lovely. 9.5% (but you wouldn’t know) Totally Subjective Rating : 4.5 /5
