Clear, yellow , with a quickly dissipating head. Over ripe tangerine on the nose. Citrus sourness in the mouth with the softer tangerine flavours. Acidic finish. 4.6% I think this is Brewdog’s first mass market sour, available in large supermarkets. It would probably be much more appreciated in summer. Totally Subjective Rating: 3.5

The Kernel – India Pale Ale

Yellow with a haze. Very pale head on pour. Pineapple, tropical fruits with a hint of pine. Sharp juicy fruits with a resinous finish. Really impressive list of hops on the label : centennial, endeavour, Zeus and Vic secret. Despite the hoppiness it isn’t too bitter, just really refreshing. 6.3% Totally Subjective Rating: 4/5
